Abstract
Hydrocephalus, although infrequently seen by the obstetrician, is a potentially dangerous condition in which the outcome at times is unfavorable. It is characterized by the presence of an excessive amount of cerebrospinal fluid within the cranial cavity. Three cases of congenital hydrocephalus are presented with the review of literature available.
